Dan Konieczka is a 23 year old Technical Director for Vermont Digital Arts. He graduated from Springfield College with a bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics, minor in Art. Dan is also a graduate of Jeremy Birn's (Pixar) Lighting and Rendering workshop. Dan now runs Lighting Challenges alongside Jeremy at CGSociety.com. Dan's strong interest in photography has proven important in observing and understanding how light acts in the real world. Current projects include an educational iPhone game, and personal projects that continually challenge and grow his skills.
